About Westchester Dog Training
Meet The dog trainer at Westchester Dog Training,Inc Hello. My name is Al Schultz. I am a certified master dog trainer and the owner of Westchester Dog Training, Inc.I've had dogs all of my life, and got into showing and training dogs many years ago. My dogs have achieved AKC recognition in the breed and obedience rings. Training dogs requires the teaching of their owners. In this way the owners can effectively reinforce the training they learned and the dog looks to the owner as the authoritative figure increasing the bond between them, as well as their relationship.I graduated from Rider University with a B.S. Degree and went on to teach drivers education classes and in-car training to adults and teenagers for 20 years, increasing my people teaching skills. I graduated from the Academy of Canine Education in New York, as a certified master dog trainer and have been training dogs and their owners for about 14 years, for breed handling, obedience, problem solving, and the basic skills for the in home pet.
