Following his return to civilian life from military service in 1997, Robert T. Prior began a private practice in Madison and the Lake Oconee area. Michael C. Daniel left military service in 1988 and after leaving the U.S. Attorneys Office in 1992 began a private practice in Athens. In 2005, Mr. Daniel left the firm Fortson, Bentley & Griffin in Athens and joined Mr. Prior to form the firm Prior & Daniel. Lee R. Moss joined the firm as an associate and has been practicing in Madison since 2001. The firm presently has three offices located in Athens, Madison, and the Lake Oconee area.The firm provides a wide array of legal services including business and corporate law, business litigation, employment counseling and litigation, estate planning, family law, government litigation, probate litigation, and real estate.
