Scholl Bankruptcy Attorney David Scholl is a graduate of Villanova Law school and has thirty years experience in the law. He served as a Bankruptcy Judge for 14 years in the Federal Bankruptcy court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, USA from 1994-1999. He earned a distinguished service record as Chief Judge of that same court.
