About Diversified Senior Services, Inc.
Diversified Senior Services was formed in May 1996 to implement management's "senior housing with services" vision. Our management team have been developers and operators of affordable senior housing since 1975 through Residential Property Management (RPM) and it's affiliated companies. We currently manage 57 affordable housing complexes with 2,359 units located across four states: North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Of the 57 complexes, Diversified Senior Services controls 18, either through direct ownership of management rights or through ownership by an affiliated entity.
