Hartzell & Whiteman, L.L.P. was formed in 1994. Our three attorneys have over 75 years combined experience in civil litigation. The bulk of our work is in federal and state courts in North Carolina, but we sometimes file cases in other jurisdictions with the permission of the local court. The firm is experienced in complex litigation, class actions, trials and appellate practice, and is committed to providing high quality, cost-effective advocacy. The majority of our cases are for individual plaintiffs, and we strive to maintain a strong commitment to client service and communication.
