Scott Delius is admitted to practice law in Georgia and Tennessee, and the firm has the ability to serve clients throughout either state.Mr. Delius also serves our country as a First Lieutenant in the Georgia Army National Guard, where he is a member of the Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps.Mr. Delius is a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and regularly conducts mediations in the metro Atlanta area. Scott's prior experience as an insurance defense lawyer, coupled with his current plaintiff's practice makes him an ideal mediator. He is available to conduct private mediations upon request.
