About Cinnamon Law
Cinnamon Law was founded by Scott Craig Cinnamon in July, 2001. Scott has over ten years of communications law and transactional experience. In establishing his own practice, Scott is returning to his small firm roots, where client service was more important than billable hours. Immediately prior to opening his own practice, Scott spent three years in the communications group of one of the largest firms in the country, gaining experience in transactional, regulatory and adjudicatory work that will benefit clients of all sizes. Scott filed and prosecuted applications at the FCC, filed comments in all types of rule making proceedings, closed dozens of transactions involving the purchase, sale and financing of communications properties, became an expert in the FCC's electronic filing and research systems, and assisted clients in their FCC auction participation. His favorite memory throughout his years of practice is still the twenty-three party comparative hearing settlement agreement that he negotiated and drafted. Creating a document that was acceptable to twenty three lawyers and their respective clients was a formidable task, but it produced a very positive result for his client.
